When appointed by a client to look at a development that they had recently been instructed on we were shocked at the contracted rates that the developer had agreed.
They were c.30% above what we would have expected and closer to an out of contract rate.
Action
Despite there being a legally binding contract already in place Argent Partnership used the strong relationship that we have with the supplier in question to appeal to their sense of fair play.
Result
A refund of over £90,000.
